Hot water only
We don't spread ourselves across every plumbing job. Working on hot water every day means we recognise faults quickly and carry the right parts.
About us
The team Melbourne calls when the hot water stops
A specialist trade, not a side job
Melbourne Hot Water is a small, local crew of fully licensed and insured plumbers who work on one thing: domestic hot water. We started because too many households were being told to replace a system that only needed a part — and too many were being sold the same old electric tank when a heat pump would have halved their bills.
These days a large share of our work is upgrading families to heat pump hot water. We assess the site properly, size the unit to the household, install it neatly and handle the rebate paperwork so the savings start straight away.

What you can count on
Priced before we start
You'll always have a fixed price in front of you before any work begins, including parts, labour and disposal of the old unit.
Straight advice
If a repair is the smarter call, we'll say so. If a heat pump won't suit your site, we'll tell you that too rather than sell you one.
Where we work
We service suburbs right across greater Melbourne. If you can't see yours listed, give us a call — we most likely cover it.
